How do you remove stains from carpet?

Believe it or not, hot water is your best friend. Heat a cup of water in the microwave for a minute or two or boil on the stove top. Pour directly onto the spot give about 10 minutes of dwell time and blot with a dry towel. You can also use a mix solution of white distilled vinegar; two tbsp of salt and hot water, dip cloth into the solution and blot a couple of times till the stains is remove.
